MD Business Interiors mezzanine floors offer versitility, they can be used for office, storage, industrial or retail environments. The floor is always custom made to the end users requirements. Our design team use Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD) systems to provide detailed working drawings for your approval.

We take care of planning applications and building regulations approval. Local Authority compliance is a key element of any successful project and we will use our experience to ensure there are no delays.

Fire Protection is often required and can be integrated within the project as a whole. Our mezzanine floors ARE ALWAYS BUILT TO THE RELEVANT Building Regulation Standards. The most common are BS5950 and BS6399 for loading purposes.
